Afternoon Herald Privacy Policy
This policy covers the Afternoon Herald admin text messaging program, operated by Vitamin M.
What we collect
When an authorized administrator texts the program, Twilio delivers the message to our system as a webhook payload. The administrator’s mobile phone number is stored in our database to confirm that incoming texts come from an approved number. The text of each command is extracted from the payload and stored in the same database. Neither is sent to any other service.
How we use it
To receive commands, carry them out, and send a reply.
